The Williamsburg City Council tackled a long list of contentious issues in 2025, from taxes, debt, and budget cuts to city staffing, infrastructure, schools, a new library, housing development, and parking. These were all politically charged topics, yet none fractured the council’s public unity: every vote cast during the year was unanimous.
